Literally the best customer service ever!! They saved my life and took me in right away to re pierce my nose !!

Long overdue because this was the best experience ever!! I stopped in with my mother to get her nose pierced and it exceeded my expectations. Clean, professional and kind - thank you 👏

I was supposed to leave a review approximately 7 years ago. Five stars. I recommend you stop in if there's anything you need or want. Owner seems like a good dude.

I had such a positive experience here today and I 100% recommend if you are planning to get a piercing done. I got my thirds and a cartilage and the owner was so kind and patient with me!!

Just had a great experience at High Hopes in Newport Rhode Island. Nick behind the counter knows what he’s talking about from top to bottom in the shop. What a great experience thumbs up, fast in and out all around five out of five.

Got my ears pierced here. Took no time and was painless. Great guy working that did it. Came with free aftercare. Will recommend to everyone.

Great customer service, the owner Greg was extremely helpful when I was looking for a new glass piece, i’ve had it for a year now and it never fails to disappoint!!

I’ve bought several glass pieces from High Hopes over the years and they have all lasted. All of them have gone through hell and back and are still in one piece. They also almost always give you at deal at the register! Great service

I’ve come to high hopes for three piercings now and every time I have had a great experience. The area and tools are clean and safe and the atmosphere is stress free and inviting. Greg is excellent and is very good with directions and the actual piercing, I will keep coming back and recommend this place to everyone looking to get a piercing!

Greg was great. He took at least 15 minutes to get set up; sanitized, talked us through the process, gave great tips on care/healing process, and made sure both myself and my 10yr old were happy with the marks before he began. These were her second ear piercings but I'm sure there will be more to come. We'll be back, for sure!

Greg is awesome! He really took the time to get my belly button piercing just right! Loved the experience and whole vibe of the place.

Greg did such a good job with my piercing and I got a double conch piercing! The place is so clean and professional! Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at high hope. The owner makes you feel so comfortable. I just got my cartilage and second piercings I wouldn’t have got it anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Super friendly discounted my girlfriend’s piercing and made fun conversation the whole time. Also super hospitable and great atmosphere!!

Me and my friend had a great experience! Greg did a super good job on both of our piercings and I love how they came out

I recently went to Greg for a piercing & had the best experience, I’ve had at a piercing shop. He took his time to listen to any questions or concerns I had, and make me feel comfortable through the whole process. Aftercare was also included with the piercing which has never been the case at any other piercing places I have gone to prior. I highly recommend Greg he truly cares about his clientele and is extremely professional.

Really great service here! I lost my nose jewelry and I needed a replacement one ASAP. They showed me a great selection of jewelry to pick from and gave it to me for free. They were really so helpful and kind in my moment of panic. I am definitely going to go back to actually purchase nose jewelry based on their amazing service and selection.

Greg did 4 piercings for our bachelorette group and was fabulous!!! Very knowledgeable, talked some nervous girls through the whole process, and made us all feel comfortable. Would visit again!!

Always impressed with the store and customer service here. Greg is amazing and he has a great shop with an amazing selection. I love seeing what's new in every time I go in. Highly recommend checking it out!

Got the other side of my nose pierced here today and it was a great experience, Greg talked me through my after care and also did a great job lining up my piercing to the other so it came out amazing!! Overall amazing experience compared to my others at other shops:)

Experience was awesome! For someone's first time I wasn't really knowing what to expect. But, Greg took the time to explain everything from the process to aftercare and honestly made the whole experience painless. It was very easy to see the passion he takes in this and I can't wait to go back and get more piercings!

Excellent experience at high hopes getting a nose piercing. I’ve never gotten a piercing before and the owner Greg was very kind and supportive the entire time. He answered any questions and fully walked me through the piercing and healing process. Everyone in the store is very nice! Piercing looks amazing and I am very satisfied with the results. Will be going back and recommending to friends!

Always loved this place- so many options for jewelry. Greg is awesome and super knowledgeable, went in with a bad piercing I got elsewhere and he helped and changed the piercing. Made sure I had everything to get it healed properly. If you’re thinking about piercings in Newport DEFINITELY go here.

Had my nose pierced here about a year and a half ago! Had a really good experience, and Greg is very knowledgeable about cleaning procedures, placement of piercings and jewelry. I had a bad reaction to the hoop, switched it out with a stud, a year later I came and changed the jewelry once it was all healed and Greg was excellent! Would definitely come again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Piercings are reasonably priced and Greg always does a great job. Wont be going anywhere else!

Amazing spot and great addition to Westerly. The bar has a NYC vibe that is casual yet trendy. The menu is small but everything I have tried has been amazing. The roasted oysters, steak tartare and burger were absolutely delicious. The star of the menu is the NY strip. I usually don’t bother ordering a steak unless I am at a steak house but this steak but this is the exception. It is the best steak I have ever had (sorry Lugers). My only complaint is reservations are tough to get so plan ahead and you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely my best piercing experience yet! Greg was helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to pierce a tricky spot in my ear beautifully. High quality jewelry and aftercare, and overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

This was by far the best place I have ever been to get piercings. I wanted my my double cartilage pierced and Greg really took the time to make sure it was perfect. He was very nice and personable and made it a great experience.

Greg was absolutely wonderful and made my experience here very well worth it! I came in looking for 3 cartilage piercings to add to my ears and wanted them to be symmetrical to my other earrings. Greg took his time lining up my piercings and I could not be happier with the results!

The most Awesome pipes, all smoky needs, stickers, in town. Most of their stuff, is like pure artwork! And, to top it off, the owner and staff are awesome too.!!
